Abstract:
To seal cooling water without using packing or a gasket, and reduce weight.
A void H to be a water jacket is formed between an outer surface of a cylinder block 1 and a resin cover member 3 by liquid tightly bonding a circumference edge part of the resin cover member 3 on the cylinder block 1. Weight reduction can be achieved, and the packing and the gasket are made unnecessary.
