Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately regulate the throttle opening even by a beginner. SOLUTION: A throttle lever 4 is provided close to the grip part 2 of the steering wheel of a propulsion craft, regulating means 5, 6 to regulate the operation range of the throttle lever 4 are provided so that the regulation is set in the regulation range only for the throttle opening or over to generate the thrust of the magnitude where a rudder is effective for the propulsion craft, the throttle lever 4 is mounted on a holding member 3 of the steering wheel so that its base end part is turnable around a pivot 30, the throttle opening is increased proportional to the rotation of an operation part 41 around the pivot 30, and a regulating means comprises first and second cam parts (stoppers) which are located in the rotational locus of the throttle lever 41 and abutted on the throttle lever 4 to prevent further rotation.
