A roller member 12 rotated by a rotatory-driving device is disposed at a lip part 3 downstream of an intake 2 formed at a vessel bottom part to take in water for water jet, so that the outer peripheral surface of the roller member 12 is partially exposed into the intake 2. A first pressure sensor 14 is disposed in the intake 2 of the lip part 3, in a position downstream of the roller member 12, and a second pressure sensor 15 is disposed at the vessel bottom part of the lip part 3, in a position downstream of the roller member 12. The roller member 12 is rotated to make more water flow to the side where the pressure detected by the pressure sensors 14, 15 is lower.
