PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect whether or not a water level is a predetermined water level or higher with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A water level detection device includes a reflection part (13) that is arranged inside a water tank (3), a light emitting part (11) that emits detection light to a predetermined position (R1) of the reflection part (13), and a light receiving part (12) that receives the detection light reflected at the predetermined position (R1) of the reflection part (13). The predetermined position (R1) is set to a position below a water surface when a water level inside the water tank (3) is a predetermined water level or higher, and a position above the water surface when the water level is lower than the predetermined water level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
