Abstract:
To achieve a water level detection system that enables detection of a change in water level in a halt period of halting processing for measuring the water level from a positioning signal of a positioning satellite.SOLUTION: A water level detection system comprises: a water surface side device 1; and a server device that detects a water level of a water surface on the basis of a positioning signal to be transmitted from the water surface side device 1. The water surface side device 1 comprises: a positioning signal reception unit 11 that receives a positioning signal to be transmitted from a positioning satellite; a communication unit 12 that communicates between the server device and the communication unit; an acceleration detection unit 21 that detects acceleration; a geomagnetic detection unit 22 that detects geomagnetism; and a processing unit 10. The processing unit 10 is configured to calculate a change in water level of the water surface on the basis of the detection result of the acceleration detection unit 21 and geomagnetic detection unit 22, and when the calculated change in water level of the water surface satisfies a predetermined condition, cause the positioning signal received by the positioning signal reception unit 11 to be transmitted to the server device by the communication unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
