Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stabilize the hot water emitting characteristics when a hot water supply device is at the rising stage.
CONSTITUTION: A hot/cold water mixing device is equipped with a uniaxial type hot/cold water mixing valve 20 which is rotated by a stepping motor 22, wherein a controller 40 is furnished which controls the mix proportion of the mixing valve 20 through determination of the varying angle θX of the valve stem 25 made by a stepping motor 22 following the specified procedures if judgement is passed that the fed hot water temp. TH is higher than the target hot water temp. Ts in conformity to the hot water request. In case the temp. is lower, for example when the hot water supply device is at the rising stage, a provisional target hot water temp. TS' having a range lower than the fed hot water temp. TH is temporarily set in lieu of the target hot water temp. TS for the period until the fed hot water temp. TH exceeds the target hot water temp. TS, and thereby the mix proportion of the mixing valve 20 is controlled.
