Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water- and oil-repellent composition that can produce an article good in all of water repellency, oil repellency and durability against heavy rain, to provide a method for producing the water- and oil-repellent composition and to provide an article good in all of water repellency, oil repellency and durability against heavy rain.SOLUTION: The water- and oil-repellent composition includes a copolymer having a constitutional unit based on a monomer (a), a constitutional unit based on a monomer (b) and a constitutional unit based on a monomer (c). A monomer (a): a compound represented by (Z-Y)X in which Z is a 1-6C perfluoroalkyl group or the like; Y is a divalent organic group or the like; n is 1 or 2; and X is a polymerizable unsaturated group; a monomer (b): a (meth)acrylate having no polyfluoroalkyl group and having a 12C or more alkyl group; and a monomer (c): a polyfluorovinyl ether or a polyfluoroallyl ether.SELECTED DRAWING: None
