Abstract:
PURPOSE: To excellently conduct the water passing function of a water passing device, and to facilitate positioning at the time of the execution of the water passing device in the water passing device disposed in the lower section of a retaining wall surrounding an artificial soil layer formed on a concrete ground.
CONSTITUTION: A strainer 12 is mounted on the external-wall side opening end 10a of a main body cylinder 10 while the internal-wall side opening end 10b of the main body cylinder 10 is covered with a filter 15 through a water- passing bearing member 14, thus constituting a water passing device 9. The water passing device 9 is arranged at the lower place of a retaining wall 8. A bearing plate 16 is installed to the drum section of the main body cylinder 10.
