Title:
WATER PERMEABLE TUFTED PILE FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3728628
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently and economically obtain a tufted pile fabric capable of surely holding pile right after tufting between wefts, simplified in backing processing and suitable for water-permeable artificial lawn.
CONSTITUTION: A pile yarn 13 having ≥1 ratio S/K of stitch gage S to weft inserting interval K, ≥1.2 ratio G/H of needle gage G to warp arranging interval H and ≥1 ratio M/W of apparent coarseness M of pile yarn 13 to width W of tape yarn 11 is tufted to a primary base fabric 12 woven, using a tape yarn having ≥6 flat ratio expressed by the ratio W/T of the width W to thickness T as weft 11 and setting a ratio K/W of weft-inserting interval K and width W of tape yarn to 1-1.3, setting a ratio H/D of warp arranging interval H to coarseness D of warp to ≥2 and setting a space (H-D) between warps 15 to ≥0.3mm and warp arranging interval H and an adhesive for buckling is applied to the primary base fabric 12 after tufting without blocking cloth spaces (water permeable holes) 14 of at least part of the base fabric 12 to produce the objective water-permeable tufted pile fabric 16.
