To provide a water pressure transfer film enabling production of a decorative molding expressing an industrial design having an irregular feeling by a water pressure transfer method and having excellent transfer processing property and a method of producing a decorative molding using it.
A water pressure transfer film has a design layer on a water-soluble film, and the design layer has low-glossiness parts and high-glossiness parts. The low-glossiness parts and the high-glossiness parts are present at least in the end surface of the design layer on the side of the water-soluble film. The high-glossiness parts are made of a resin composition containing an acrylic polymer polyol and/or its hardened product, and the resin composing the low-glossiness parts is other than the acrylic polymer polyol. The content of a delustering agent contained in the low-glossiness parts is 10 mass% or lower. A method of producing a decorative molding using the water pressure transfer film is also provided.
