To provide a water producer capable of mixing chlorine or the like-removed water with the required amount of a mineral liquid by an ejector while having a simple structure in combination with a removal filter, an adding liquid tank, a proportioning pump and the ejector, producing mineral water, and also providing the chlorine or the like-removed water as required.

The water producer comprises the removal filter for removing chlorine or the like in tap water, the adding liquid tank provided with the mineral liquid, the proportioning pump for feeding a fixed amount of the mineral liquid, and the ejector mounted on a faucet to make the mineral water by mixing the chlorine or the like-removed water with the mineral liquid.
