Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain gas permeability without generating differential pressure between casing internal pressure in a force balance main body and outside air pressure even in long term use, and to prevent moisture form intruding into a casing.
SOLUTION: In a water-proof electronic force balance where a force balance main body housing a load cell 12 is provided inside a casing 11, a weighing dish 18 is provided in a movable end of the load cell 12 of the main body via a dish receiving member, and where a space between the dish receiving member and the casing 11 of the force balance main body is covered with a bellows 21, provided is a cylindrical member 23 of which one end is opened to an outside of the bottom of the casing 11 of the main body, and of which the other end is opened to an upper part inside the casing 11. The cylindrical member 23 is provided with a reflection part 23c and a water receiving part 23d in its upper end, and a hood 26 is provided in the periphry of a lower end opening of the member 23.
