Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively utilize excellent wearing resistance of ceramics so as to improve of performance by securing a ceramics plate, provided for decreasing wearing of a sliding part in a water pump case, at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber-made impeller 11 is rotatably provided in the inside of a water pump case 10. In the case that a ceramics plate 15 is secured by a resinous adhesive to an internal wall surface of the water pump case 10 in which this impeller 11 rotates in a slidable manner, the resinous adhesive, in which 2 to 70wt.% carbon powder is mixed, is used.
