To provide a water-cleaning-cartridge mounting device capable of easily performing the on-off operation of an on-off valve and the detachment-and-attachment and replacing operation of a water-cleaning-cartridge at the same position, and capable of preventing a danger such that raw water flows out at the time of detachment-and-attachment and replacement of the water-cleaning-cartridge.

An inlet side connection hole and an outlet side connection hole are provided corresponding to the inlet and outlet plugs of the water-cleaning-cartridge 26 in a separable manner, and the water-cleaning-cartridge 26 is held at the connection positions of both plugs and both connection holes in a releasable manner. An on-off valve 51 for cutting off the introduction of raw water at the time of detachment-and-attachment for replacement of the water-cleaning-cartridge 26 is provided to the inlet side connection hole or in the vicinity thereof.
