In this case, monitoring and operating instruments D such as a water level displayer L, a circuit breaker E and a timer T are fitted in an electrical box B and this electrical box B is arranged on a panel closed part of the water purification machine 1 so as to confirm and operate the monitoring and operating instruments D from a window hole 12 provided on the front closed panel 2. In addition, an openable/closable transparent lid plate 13 fixed with a hinge 14 is provided on the panel window hole 12.
