The present invention relates to the water purification system for small-scale water area including: a processing section location structure for locating a processing section in which a part of a small-scale water area is isolated; a pressurization ozone processing device for obtaining ozone processing water by performing pressurization ozone processing on contaminated water in the small-scale water area; a decompression chamber for obtaining deozonized processing water by decompressing the ozone processing water; a deozonized processing water supply device for supplying the deozonized processing water into the processing section; an oxygen exposure dissolution device for obtaining oxygen-dissolved water by exposing bottom layer water in the processing section to the atmosphere; and an oxygen-dissolved water supply device for supplying the oxygen-dissolved water to a bottom layer in the processing section.
