PURPOSE: To widely utilize the upper space of a sink for other uses and to allow selected water to flow out of the cock provided to the upper part of the sink by providing a water purifier and a purified water storage tank to the lower part of the sink.
CONSTITUTION: The raw water flowing in an opening and closing valve 17 pushes up a roll valve 27 and flows through a raw water passage 23 to flow in a water purifier 15 and chlorine is removed by the hollow yarn membrane in the water purifier and purified water passes through a change-over valve 14 to flow in a mixer 16 from an introducing port 35c to flow out of a cock 6 through a water supply pipe 38. The purified water in the mixer 16 is also discharged and, when the level thereof lowers to the height of a drain port 36, several ml of purified water is stored. This stored water becomes hot water to prevent the propagation of various bacteria in the air flowing from the cock 6 through a water supply pipe 38 and that of various bacteria in the air flowing in from the drain port 36 through the drain pipe 37 on the side of a drain passage 32.
