To make it possible to assure such treated water to which city water is supplied at all times and to enable a user to enjoy comfortable bathing by providing the device with a high-degree treating means for removing the components of the detergent, shampoo and soap intruding into a bathtub and connecting this means in series to a purifying means.
The flocculated and filtered bathtub water flowing into the high-degree treating means 24 from the purifying means 22 is stirred by rotating vanes 24(a). Air is fed through an air pipe 24(e) from an air pump 14(d) simultaneously therewith and is sent in the form of fine air into the high-degree treating means 24 by a porous body 24(b). The air sent therein is mingled with the flocculated and filtered air by the rotating vanes 24(a) to generate froth. The many components of the detergent are included in the generated froth. When a two-way valve 31 in common use as a froth separating means is opened, the froth contg. a small amt. of moisture is discharged from a drain pipe 30. The detergent components are mostly discharged as the froth in such a manner. The remaining detergent components are adsorbed by ion exchange resins 24(c).
