Abstract:
To provide water purifying equipment for efficiently inactivating the microorganism or protozoa in water.
A water purifying plant and a sewage treating plant are provided with a physical treating device (e.g. an ultrasonic treating device 3) for damaging the shell of the microorganism or protozoa in raw water and a chemical treating device (e.g. an ozonating device 7, a chlorinating device and a UV treating device) for oxidizing the inside of the shell from the damaged part.
