PURPOSE: To utilize the water effectively and to enhance ease-to-use of the device by flowing out the whole purified water from an alkali ionized water take-out port at the time of purifying water.

CONSTITUTION: The purified water filtered by a water purifier 100 is passed through an electrolytic cell 1 and the whole purified water is flowed out from an alkali ionized water take-out pipe 6 through a stop valve 4 at purified water bypass pipe 3 opened by a signal from a CPU due to detection of purified water (by a water pressure sensor 7) and through a closed stop valve 5 at an acid water take-out pipe 2.
