Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving and efficient method for improving water quality with respect to the deterioration of water quality due to the abnormal growth of plankton and the formation of an oxygen-poor water mass which are caused by eutrophication in the closed water areas of dam lakes, rivers and lakes.SOLUTION: There is provided an energy-saving multifunctional apparatus for improving water quality, which forces water bloom and freshwater red tide from a surface water area into a deep water area to suppress them, improves the water quality of the oxygen-poor water mass of the deep water area efficiently in the surface area, releases the eutrophic cold water of the deep water area to a downstream area without any trouble, takes measures against muddy water, and uses a heat exchanger capable of heat exchange with local water.
