Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent corrosion of a metallic material caused by water in a water-refrigerant heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A water-refrigerant heat exchanger includes a body member 10 for heat exchange composed of a pillar metallic material, and having a water passage 20 and a refrigerant passage 30 extended in a longitudinal direction of the pillar metallic material, a water circuit header connected to the water passage 20 for allowing water to flow therein and thereout, and a refrigerant circuit header connected to the refrigerant passage 20 for allowing a refrigerant to flow therein and thereout. The water passage 20 is composed of a plurality of water passage holes 11, the refrigerant passage 20 is composed of a plurality of refrigerant passage holes 12, and an anticorrosion film 13 is formed on a surface of the metallic material exposed due to the plurality of water passage holes 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
