To provide a water refrigerant refrigerating device capable of producing a heat medium of low temperature with high energy efficiency without using alternative for chlorofluorocarbon, and to provide a heating/cooling system using the same.
This water refrigerant refrigerating device 3 comprises a first vacuum container 31, a second vacuum container 32, a third vacuum container 33 and a forth vacuum container 34 respectively storing a water refrigerant in a vacuum state in storage spaces, and having circulating spraying means 35, 36, 37, 38 for circulating the water refrigerant to be sprayed to the storage spaces, a first compressor 44 for reversibly distributing the vapor into a connection pipe 3e communicating and connecting the first vacuum container 31 and the second vacuum container 32, a second compressor 45 for reversibly distributing the vapor into a connection pipe 3f communicating and connecting the third vacuum container 33 and the forth vacuum container 34, and a heat exchanger 47 exchanging heat between the water refrigerant circulated by the circulating spraying means 36 of the second vacuum container 32, and the water refrigerant circulated by the circulating spraying means 37 of the third vacuum container 33.
