Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful for a cosmetic, etc., having excellent make-up durability, water repellency and oil, slip, adhesion, smoothness and feel in use.

CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I (R is l-22C fluoroalkyl; B is bifunctional cross-linked group; p is 0 or 1; m is 1-12; A is 2-3C alkylene; n is 0-50; x is 0<x<1; y is 0≤y≤2) such as Zr(H2PO4)0.4(C8F17CH2CH2OPO3 H)0.6(PO4). The compound of formula I is obtained by bringing a compound of formula II (M1 and M2 are H or monovalent cationic group; one bivalent cationic group as M1M2) into contact with lamellar zirconium phosphate.
