Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent and oil-repellent resin composition which can cope with a general-purpose base material, is excellent in hardness, stain resistance, appearance and solvent resistance of a coated film, and is stable by one-pack type at normal temperature.SOLUTION: A water-repellent and oil-repellent resin composition used in one-pack type contains a polyol resin (A) having a fluorine atom and a graft chain containing a dimethylsiloxane skeleton, at least one combination selected from a combination of a melamine resin (B-1) and a sulfonic acid catalyst (C-1) and a combination of a block isocyanate resin (B-2) and a metal catalyst (C-2), and a water-repellent silica filler (D).SELECTED DRAWING: None
