PURPOSE: To obtain the excellent adhesion of a metal surface and a filmy water- repellent component and at the same time, to make the possession of the sufficient lyophobic property to ink on the surface of a nozzle hole possible, by establishing a resin layer component between the nozzle hole metal surface of a metallic ink jet nozzle and the filmy water-repellent component.
CONSTITUTION: The adhesion of a metal nozzle 4 and a water-repellent component 5 is indirectly improved by providing the resin layer 6 excellent in adhesion to metal between the metal nozzle 4 and the water-repellent component 5. On the basis of the merit in which the thickness of a film can be thinned as the water-repellent component 5, fluoro system polymer of a surface-active agent type is used. Further, epoxy resin, polyamide resin, polyurethane resin, or modified resin thereof, phenol-epoxy resin, phenol-polyamide resin, etc. are used as the resin excellent in adhesion to metal.
