Title:
WATER RESERVOIR, FLAP GATE AND DAM WITH GATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015038288
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water reservoir capable of preventing water stoppage even when a reference water level largely lowers and superior in maintenance performance, a flap gate provided in the water reservoir and a dam with gate having the flap gate.SOLUTION: A water reservoir 1 has a storage space 1h for storing water. A separation wall 2 is formed with an opening 2h for communicating one space 1a and the other space 1b which are separated from each other by the separation wall 2 and has a flap 10 for opening/closing the opening 2h. The flap 10 is configured to swing between a shut-off state in which the upper end of the flap 10 gets closer to the separation wall 2 to shut off the opening 2h and an open state in which the upper end of the flap 10 swings toward the one space 1a so as to be separated from the separation wall 2 to open the opening 2h. The water reservoir 1 is configured such that, when the water level in the one space 1a is the same as or lower than the water level in the other space 1b, the flap 10 is maintained in the open state; and when a water flow is generated from the one space 1a to the other space 1b, the flap 10 gets into the shut-off state.
