To solve a problem that flowers often lose freshness due to insufficient water quantity, when selling fresh flowers in a bundle, conventionally, the flowers are taken out from a bucket and just wrapped with wrapping paper or the cut edge parts of the fresh flowers are just wrapped with a water absorbed material formed by soaking a towel or a gauze in water.

When retaining water for the fresh flowers using the wrapping paper, a cylinder having one opening formed into a waveform and the other opening formed into a circle is adopted for securing a space for the water.
