This water sampling device 1 comprises a first packer 3 and a second packer 4 installed in a bored hole 2, a strainer pipe 5 which connects both packers 3, 4 and which has a hole 5a for flowing underground water thereinto, a first valve 6 installed just above the first packer 3, a hollow rod 7 having one end connected to the first valve 6 and the other end connected to a holding device 8 installed on the ground, a second valve 9 installed in the rod 7, a water gauge 10 for measuring the level of the underground water in the rod 7, and a storage pump 11 which is installed on the ground and which pumps up the underground water in a district to be sampled L through the rod 7.
