CONSTITUTION: A water discharge switch 11, a user sensor 12 and a timer circuit 16a are connected to a CPU 16. The CPU 16 causes the timer circuit 16a to measure a service time when the user sensor 12 senses the start of use by a user. A music circuit 20 supplies music from a speaker 13 for a prescribed time after the user sensor 12 senses that the user begins to use a flush toilet. Further, when the water discharge switch 11 is operated, the excitation of a solenoid valve 15 is controlled for a prescribed time to discharge cleaning water.
