Similarly, an annual use water amount after the renewal is the sum 107 calculated in each the equipment 4-6 by multiplying a use frequency 101, the number of using persons 102, a water amount 103, the number of days 104 and a wash frequency 105 together (c), and a product obtained by multiplying it by a water rate 112 form an annual water use charge 114 (d). An annual water saving effect money amount is calculated by subtracting the annual water use charge 114 after the renewal from the annual water use charge 94 before the renewal.
