PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching of a cylindrical valve body by providing a water hole for adjusting water flow quantity and an elastic hooking piece which can be hung on the inside wall of a faucet or removed therefrom in a specified state in the cylindrical valve body to be inserted in the faucet.
SOLUTION: The upper end of a water saving valve 27 is pushed in a faucet and an elastic hooking piece 2 formed in the upper outside of the cylindrical valve body 1 is detachably hooked on the lower bend wall of the faucet. A water hole 5 is formed on the upper side wall of the valve body 1 so as to communicate with a central hole. The aperture is adjusted in accordance with the height of a building, for instance to control the fluctuation of discharge water volume cauased by the water pressure. A diffusive beak such as an arc-shaped net 10, an arc-shaped filter 12, or the like is disposed in a built-up cylinder 9 incorporated in the lower cylindrical body 8 of the valve body 1. Further, a gap 16 is formed between the cylinders 8, 9 and a vent hole 17 is formed on the side wall of the cylinder 9. Water flowing in the valve body 1 through hole 5 rises up in the gap 16 and is uniformly mixed with the air flowing through the vent hole 17 by the diffusive beak to improve the cleaning efficiency and increase an apparent water volume. In this way, the water saving valve can be easily attached or detached to adjust the water saving ratio in accordance with necessities.
