Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide downward waterdrops of spraying water leaking and scattering through an annular slide surface between a heat suppression body and a head body and to prevent carrier-over thereof from occurring through a cooling tower exhaust port to the outside through flow over a raising air flow by a method wherein a cap for preventing scattering of water is securely fitted in a connection part between a spraying pipe and the boss part of a head body at the head part of a sprinkler type water spraying device.
SOLUTION: A cup 20 for preventing scattering of water to guide downward waterdrops of spraying water leaking and scattering through annular slide surfaces 10a and 11a between a heat suppression body 10 and the head body 11 is securely fitted in a connection part between each spraying pipe 14 and a boss part 13 of a head body 11 at the head part of a sprinkler type spraying device A. An opening part peripheral edge 21 of the cup 20 is protruded in an in state in the direction of the boss part of the head body 11 of the sprinkler type spraying device A.
