Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent electric charge deterioration of a connection insulating part and to enhance the reliability of a water sealed motor by a method wherein a plastic-covered wire is used as the electrical wire to be wound on a core, and the connection insulating part is arranged at the outside of an outside motor case. CONSTITUTION:A plastic-covered wire 2 is wound in the slots of a stator core 1, and lead wires 3 and neutral point connecting parts 4 are drawn out outside of the outside motor case 6 from a hole in the outside motor case 6 interposing packings 5 between them. At this time, at the penetrating part of the lead wires 3 of the plastic-covered wires 2 and the neutral point connecting parts 4 in the outside motor case 6, a protective layer 10 formed by protectively wound with a plastic tape and is heated to be fusion welded is provided on a plastic insulatingly coating layer 9, while packing 5 provided on the outside circumference of the protective layer 10 thereof is pressed with a gland 11. Accordingly because the connection insulating part 8 formed by connecting the conductor end parts 7 of the neutral point connecting parts 4 is not made to come in contact directly with sealed water 12, generation of water tree phenomenon is prevented.
