Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water softener with simple structure and excellent in usability, and to provide an ion exchange resin-regenerating device capable of shortening a regenerating time.SOLUTION: In the water softener 100, a resin cylinder 113 storing an ion exchange resin 114 is supported on a movable truck 110, and the detachable adapters 125 are installed to the raw water inlet 116 and soft water outlet 117 of the head 115 of the resin cylinder. In the regenerating device 200, a salt water tank 212 with built-in pump 216 and a salt-charging tank 214 are provided on a truck 210 and communicate with each other. The hoses 132 and 130 connect the salt water tank 212 to the salt water inlet 117 of the water softener, and the salt-charging tank 214 to the salt water outlet 116, respectively and thereby, a circulation circuit for forcibly circulating the salt water in the tank 212 by the pump 216 is formed.
