Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a device compact and easy of handling and to improve the regeneration rate of an ion exchange resin.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 3 has a water purification cartridge 5 and a sodium chloride cartridge 9 which has the same structure with that of the cartridge 5 and is filled with sodium chloride 11 and equipped with an orifice inside. Since the space for a sodium chloride tank is eliminated, the size of the main body 3 can be reduced. A large amount of sodium chloride is used and a flow rate is controlled by the orifice so that a regeneration rate can be improved.
