Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the balloon which does not remain as it is to become the cause for environmental destruction or environmental pollution when the balloon is discarded or falls on the ground after flying up.
CONSTITUTION: The balloon is formed of a water-soluble film essentially consisting of polyvinyl alcohol. The coloration is executed by mixing a coloring material for food additive. As a result, the chromatic balloon which does not cause the environmental destruction or environmental pollution is obtd.
