Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble cut working liquid which is safe, has a few loads to environment, high in cut performance such as tool wear reduction and contains no oil with rich rust-prevention, to improve adverse effect to health damage of a worker and to environment which has been a problem in cutting.SOLUTION: Potassium carbonate water solution with concentration of 1.00%-20.00% is added phosphoric acid of 0.08%-12.77% in total weight quantitative ratio and is adjusted pH to a range of 7.5-10.5.
