Abstract:
To provide a hard capsule having good water-solubility while allowing a specific component such as DHA, EPA, -lipoic acid, royal jelly and isoflavone to be encapsulated, to provide a method for preparing the capsule, and to provide a method for preventing insolubilization of the capsule in water, caused by the reaction of the component with the capsule film in the hard capsule obtained by encapsulating the above specific component.
The hard capsule comprising a film composed of a water-soluble cellulose derivative as the main ingredient is used as the hard capsule in which the DHA, the EPA, the -lipoic acid, the royal jelly or the isoflavone is encapsulated.
