Abstract:
To provide a water-soluble lubricant composition for warm or hot plastic working, excellent in lubricating performance and suppressing worsening of a working environment and a working efficiency and to provide a warm or hot plastic working method using the same.
The water-soluble lubricant composition for warm or hot plastic working comprises an aromatic sulfonic acid compound (e.g. at least one of a naphthalenesulfonic acid, a naphthalenesulfonate, a naphthalenesulfonic acid/formalin condensate, and a naphthalenesulfonic acid/formalin condensate salt), provided that the content of the aromatic sulfonic acid compound is 0.01 to 70 mass% when the amount of the water-soluble lubricant composition for warm or hot plastic working is 100 mass%.
