Abstract:
To provide a water-soluble processing oil composition which does not cause the discoloration of aluminum and aluminum alloys even in an alkaline region (pH=9-10.5) an has the excellent corrosion prevention and preservability.
The water-soluble processing oil composition comprises (A) 0.1-30 wt.% salt of the phosphoric acid esterification product of a hydroxyl fatty acid and/or a dehydration condensate of a hydroxyl fatty acid to be obtained by subjecting the hydroxyl fatty acid to dehydration condensation, (B) 1-20 wt.% a fatty acid, and (C) 1-50 wt.% an alkanolamine.
