Abstract:
To provide a water splash prevention support device for vehicle, capable of achieving more complete water splash prevention by suppressing water splash itself in addition to travel support control.SOLUTION: The water splash prevention support device includes: a water splash prevention section 2 which is positioned around wheels 11, 12 of a vehicle 10, operates by satisfying predetermined operating conditions and suppresses splash of water splashed by the wheel outward in the vehicle width direction; an operation control section 66 for controlling an operation of the water splash prevention section; and a water pool position detection section 61 for detecting a position of water pool around a vehicle. The water splash prevention section is a blower 21 for jetting air downward of a vehicle outward of wheel in the vehicle width direction. The operation control section operates the water splash prevention section (the blower) on condition that a distance between a vehicle and a water pool 8 is within a predetermined distance by detecting the water pool in the vehicle traveling direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
