The water spout device includes a vertical thin plate-like attachment part with a water intake, and a thin plate-like water discharge part in a round shape when viewing from the side part, which is integrally formed on the upper part of the attachment part in continuity, having a slit shape water spouting port at the end. A water spouting flow path is formed for communication from the water intake of the attachment part to the water spouting port of the water spouting part. The water spouting port of the water spouting part is directed toward the bath, and a water film is spouted from the water spouting port into the bathtub. The attachment part is attached by abutment onto the wall panel, for example, of a bathroom where the bathtub is arranged.
