To provide a water spout apparatus in which massage or water saving is carried out and cleaning property is improved by inducing the change of spouted water stream with a simple structure without necessitating a large amount or the high pressure of water.

The water spout apparatus is provided with a swirl chamber and a rocking body in a nozzle and the rocking body causes oscillating revolution by the swirl flow produced in the swirl chamber. A shield part is provided in the swirl part and a plurality of water spout ports are provided on the downstream side wall surface opposed to the shield part in the swirl chamber. Because the spout ports are arranged radially, water is spouted from the spout ports successively shielded by the shield part with the revolution of the rocking body. Then washing water spouted from the apparatus is discharged while periodically changing the flow rate spouted from the spout ports in the circumferential direction.
