PURPOSE: To produce fine water drops in artificial falls by providing diagonal direction slit spray holes to the wall surface of water pipes of elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resins and letting pressure water spout therefrom.

CONSTITUTION: In order to artificially produce the scene of fine water drops of the falls falling from a high place, the water spray pipes 1, 2, 3 made of elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resins opened with incision slit spray holes 4, 4', 4" in the diagonal directions to the pipe walls in the lengthwise direction of the pipes are arrayed in parallel rows. By aligning the spray directions of the respective incision slit spray holes of the respective spray pipes approximately in the one direction and communicating the same to a pressure water source 5, the water flows composed of the fine water drops spouting from the respective water holes combine and become bundle form, thereby giving the scene of the falls falling from a high place.
