PURPOSE: To expand a water sprinkling range by adjusting the opening angle of the fluid ejected to petal shapes from the outlet of a cashing to a wide range.

CONSTITUTION: The fluid sucked from an inlet 2 into the casing 1 by imparting rotating force to the fluid by an impeller 4 is ejected to the petal shapes from the outlet 3 by throttling down an annular passage 7 formed by the outlet 3 of the casing 1 and a spacer 6 and maintaining a high tangent speed. The spacer 6 is simultaneously moved axially by a moving mechanism 9 to expand the passage area of the annular passage 7 formed of the spacer 6 and the outlet 3, by which the opening angle of the fluid ejected to the petal shapes is adjusted arbitrarily within a range of θ1 to θ2.
