To provide a water sterilizing filtration treatment apparatus capable of filtering raw water using a filter having an extremely small mesh by enabling a water molecule of the raw water such as city water to be made extremely small, and its treatment method.
A raw water tank 12 of the water sterilizing filtration treatment apparatus 10 is communicated with an ozone mixer 20 internally provided with a permanent magnet rod 22. This ozone mixer 20 is connected to an ozonizer 26. The ozone mixer 20 is connected to a spiral reaction pipe 30 including a first linear-like pipe 32, a first arc-like pipe 34, a first loop-like pipe 36, a semi arc-like pipe 38, a second linear-like pipe 40, a second arc-like pipe 42 and a second loop-like pipe 44. This spiral reaction pipe 30 is connected to a filter filtration apparatus 54 including an activated carbon filtration apparatus 50, and a first filter holding body 56, a second filter holding body 58 and a third filter holding body 59.
