Abstract:
To provide a water stop device 1 that is provided at an entrance/exit E for preventing water ingress, wherein, when a water stop body 5 constituting the water stop device 1 is moved upward from a storage position to a water stop position, it is allowed to automatically contact a receiving member in a pressing manner.SOLUTION: When a water stop body 5 is moved upward from a storage position to a water stop position by receiving an urging force of a resilient machine 7, a rod 6 for guiding the upward movement of the water stop body 5 is assumed to be tilted toward the indoor side toward the upper end side. When the water stop body 5 is located at the water stop position, the water stop body is brought into contact with the indoor side surface portion 4d of a case body 4 in a pressing manner to automatically stop the water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
