To improve productivity of a precast concrete wall body.SOLUTION: In facing side faces of precast concrete wall bodies 2A, 2B adjacent to each other, by engagement of one side joint metal fitting 5A provided at the side face of one precast concrete wall body 2A with the other side joint metal fitting 5B provided at the side face of the other precast concrete wall body 2B, a space 9 closed from surroundings is formed. In the closed space 9, recessed grooves 6 facing each other along a member longer direction are formed in the precast concrete wall bodies 2A, 2B, a water cut-off plate 10 is inserted to straddle between the recessed grooves 6, 6 and to be installed, and a grout material 8 is filled inside the closed space 9. One side joint metal fitting 5A and the other side joint metal fitting 5B are respectively fixed in a retrofitting manner to the side faces of the precast concrete wall bodies 2A, 2B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
