The water supply device using a plurality of pumps driven by one or more variable speed driving means, includes the pump 3 and a water supply pipe 1, a pressure detecting means 8 attached to the water supply pipe 1, a means for setting a desired pressure target value of a water supply system, and a means 4 for performing variable speed operation so that the pump 3 establishes a predetermined relationship in accordance with the pressure target value. It further includes an inputting means for inputting pump performance data, limiting current data, and water supply unit required specification data, a means for automatically generating an arithmetic expression of terminal pressure constant control based on the input pump performance data, limiting current data, and water supply unit required specification data, and automatically generating a parameter of starting pressure or stopping pressure, and a means for storing the generated parameter.
